Return Policy

On clothing –
· Items eligible for return cannot be worn or washed, we will not return items because they shrunk after being washed.
· Within 30 days of purchase, customer can receive money back if receipt is present.
· If customer does not have receipt, only store credit can be given.
· After 30 days of purchase, only store credit can be given, even if customer has receipt.
· No white scrubs/dresses cannot be returned or exchanged.
· If item is damaged, money back or store credit can be given.

On shoes –
· Shoes cannot be returned/exchanged if they have been worn outside/have noticeable wear on the shoes
· Within 30 days of purchase, customer can receive money back if receipt is present.
· If customer does not have receipt, only store credit can be given.
· After 30 days of purchase, only store credit can be given, even if customer has receipt.
· Employees reserve the right to refer customers to the manufactures of the shoes and the customer will return the shoes to them.
